I can not comment on the instructions or assembly as our electrician assembled it when we built our new home, BUT we have had nothing but compliments on it in our master bedroom

That's my favorite fixture in the entire house. I used it in my bedroom combined with the 3 lights chandelier from the same collection for the seating area, they both look fantastic! They added a touch of elegance and romance. The shades are silver and that's exactly what I needed to compose my contemporary bedroom. Highly recommended!
